The Hyatt Place features 13 stories. It was designed by PFVS Architects. It will include 3,600 sq. ft. of meeting space and a 175-space parking garage. Additionally, it will offer The Gallery, a Hyatt Place signature bar, and complimentary hot breakfast at the Kitchen Skillet.
