BOGOTA, COLOMBIA—W Hotels Worldwide has signed an agreement with Terranum Hotels to open the W Bogota in 2014.
W Bogota will be a part of a larger mixed-use development, which will include office space and high-end retail.
The property will feature 168 guestrooms, including 20 Suites and one Extreme Wow Suite, the W Lounge experience, a destination restaurant, nightclub, Away spa and 3,000-sq.-ft. Workout and fitness center. Additionally, there will be 12,000 sq. ft. of function space, including a Great Room and five meeting rooms.
