NEW YORK–SLS Hotels plans to open its third hotel in an adaptive reuse of a Manhattan office building.
The 190-room SLS Hotel New York is currently under construction on 30th St. & Park Av. South with an expected opening date of next summer. Los Angeles-based SLS is developing the property in a joint venture with locally-based Moin Development. A five-story addition is planned to the existing building. SLS hotels are currently operating in Los Angeles and the South Beach sub-market of Miami.
