SALT LAKE CITY—Laurus Corp. completed the acquisition of the Hilton Salt Lake City at the Salt Lake City International Airport.

The 288-room, full-service hotel features more than 13,000 sq. ft. of meeting space that can accommodate groups of up to 500, as well as a restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining, a business center, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, an event lawn, executive-level club lounge, sports and basketball courts, a putting green and walking path.

The property is two miles from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and near the Miller Motor Sports Park, Rocky Mountain Raceway and the Snowbird and Park City Mountain Resort.

Laurus Corp. formed SLC Hotel Partners, LLC, as an investment vehicle to acquire the property. The company will renovate the property and rebrand it under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand.
