This 128-room Hampton Inn is slated to be reflagged to a Wingate Inn by Wyndham by its new owner.
RICHARDSON, TX—HTL Hospitality Advisors arranged the sale of the 128-room Hampton Inn, here, to a regional hotel investor who plans to renovate and rebrand the property as a Wingate Inn by Wyndham.
The seller was a court appointed receiver. The price was not disclosed.
The Hampton Inn is located north of Dallas in the "Telecom Corridor," where there is a high concentration of telecommunications companies.
The sale was negotiated by Joel Hiser, principal in the San Francisco office, on behalf of the seller.
