Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Arranges Sale of Grand Hyatt Washington

WASHINGTON, DC—Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has arranged the sale of the Grand Hyatt Washington on behalf of 1000 H Street, LLC and 1000 H Street Trust; Host Hotels & Resorts has acquired the property.

Arthur Adler, managing director and Americas CEO; Bob Webster, managing director; and John Nugent, VP, led the Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels team on the transaction.

The property features 888 rooms; 43,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, renovated as recently as 2007 and 2008; five f&b outlets; a two-floor fitness club; and an indoor swimming pool and spa.
