MCLEAN, VA—DoubleTree by Hilton has opened the newly renovated, full-service DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Cod—Hyannis in Massachusetts.
Guestrooms feature new carpeting, window treatments, furnishings and bedding in a palette of blue, beige and brown. The renovated rooms feature bright decor and modern amenities. Rooms supply a single king size bed or two double beds. They also offer a mini fridge, WiFi and high-speed Internet (also found in public spaces), work desks and ergonomic chairs, 42-in. HD LCD TVs, MP3-compatible alarm clocks and Wolfgang Puck in-room gourmet coffee and tea service. Guestroom granite bathrooms were also redone; they feature Crabtree & Evelyn Citron bath and body amenities.
The function space features new bold-patterned carpets, lighting and window treatments. The hotel offers 11,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The largest meeting room, the Regatta, can accommodate up to 450 guests theater-style in 4,352 sq. ft. of space or 300 banquet guests. There is also a 10,000-sq.-ft. fitness center and outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
The lobby has also been updated with modern furniture, a fireplace, 24-hr. business center with a complimentary printing service and lobby lounge. Additionally, the property now offers an outdoor pool in the courtyard, as well as an outdoor fire pit and seating area.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Cod—Hyannis has the Vyne restaurant, which offers locally sourced, seasonal American foods and fresh seafood from Cape Cod. The Ivy Room restaurant serves the Wake Up DoubleTree Breakfast.
The hotel is owned and operated by Ridgewood Hotel Associates, Inc. under a franchise license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide.
