STAMFORD, CT—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has opened the Sheraton Jiaozhou Hotel, the first Sheraton-branded and Starwood-managed property in the Jiaozhou district.
The hotel is owned by Qingdao Greentown Jiaozhou Bay Real Estate Development Company and part of Starwood’s expansion plan in second and third tier cities in China.
The property features 270 guestrooms, 31 of which are suites with all-white Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds. All rooms feature a flat-screen LCD TV, work area and bath amenities. The brand’s Link@Sheraton is also offered in the lobby, where guests have access to technology and information for work, leisure and social networking.
Also offered is the new Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance and the Shine Spa. Sheraton Club guests are also offered use of an exclusive lounge on the 25th floor which features upgraded amenities, complimentary breakfast, beverages and evening hors d’oeuvres.
The Cantonese YUE Chinese Restaurant and Feast restaurant are all-day dining options. The lobby lounge offers cocktails, coffee and the like.
The Sheraton Jiaozhou Hotel features 2,131 sq. ft. of meeting space with audio-visual facilities. Additionally, there is an event and catering team on-site.
