DALLAS—La Quinta Inns & Suites has promoted Jeff Palla to the position of SVP of Franchise Operations, in addition to expanding the franchise service team.
Newly promoted members include: Steve Clinkenbeard as VP of Franchise Operations, Eastern U.S., from Franchise Service Director; Geoff Tucker, promoted to VP of Franchise Operations, Western U.S., from Franchise Service Director; and Johanns Williams as Director of Franchise Services, previously Area GM.
Additional promotions include: Tamara S. Adkins, appointed Director of Franchise Openings, Eastern U.S., from Brand Culture Training Director and Field Openings Specialist at IHG; Raj Pandya, now Director of Franchise Services and previously Area Director at M & S Hospitality; and Barry Sullivan, who has been appointed Director of Franchise Services from Regional Performance Manager at Hampton.
