BAKU, AZERBAIJAN—Marriott International has opened its first hotel in Azerbaijan, the 243-room JW Marriott Absheron Baku.
The hotel is owned by Yeni Absheron Oteli, LLC, and operated under a long-term management contract with Marriott International.
The hotel, which overlooks Baku's central Azadliq Square and the Caspian Sea, is located 25 minutes from Heydar Aliyev International Airport. The hotel features a business center, meeting space, spa, fitness center, rooftop indoor swimming pool and restaurants/lounges.
