MERRIMACK, NH—Roedel Companies has started a multimillion-dollar renovation of the Fairfield Inn here, which will be transformed into a Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
Set to open in September, the hotel will feature 100 guestrooms, an expanded business center, high-speed Internet and continental breakfast.
ROK Builders and RGH Hospitality, subsidiaries of Roedel Companies, are overseeing the renovation and will manage the hotel, respectively. RSJ Associates and Group One Architecture also are partnered with Roedel Companies and are part of the project.
