BALTIMORE, MD—LodgeNet has unveiled new guest services to the LodgeNet Mobile App at the HITEC Conference here.

LodgeNet Mobile has unveiled new guest services at HITEC, debuting the Interactive Programming Guide, which provides guests with information on TV programming and scheduling at their hotel. The mCheckout feature allows guests to request a folio review, check out from the hotel and receive a receipt via email. MDining allows guests to search menus and place orders from a smartphone or tablet.

Other LodgeNet Mobile services include: mCompendium, in which hotels create and customize the “My Hotel” section of the app, giving the hotel control over its messaging so it can provide guests a branded experience with information on the property and merchandising or promotional opportunities; mGuest Requsets, which lets guests make requests to staff through the app and Local Services, a newly redesigned section of the app for traveling consumers.
