BALTIMORE, MD—Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI) has selected Windsurfer Central Reservation System (CRS) for integration to CloudPM, the company’s property management system solution, which debuted here at HITEC.

“We received all available technology on the market with several goals in mind, including ease of use for both guests and hotels, functionality to adapt to various modes of access including mobile devices and tablets, and affordability,” Rick Munson, CEO of MSI, said in a statement. “We chose Windsurfer because it was developed from a similar point of reference as CloudPM.”

Whiteboard Labs developed Windsurfer to bridge the gap between what hoteliers need to drive booking revenue and customers’ expectations of technology. It offers hotels web interface capabilities, such as mobile apps and branding features unavailable on legacy systems, in addition to the ability to be customized for hotel portfolios of any size.
