HOLLYWOOD—Loews Hotels & Resorts has completed the acquisition of the Renaissance Hotel & Spa, here, from CIM Group.
The 632-room former Renaissance Hotel & Spa has been rebranded as the Loews Hollywood Hotel. The hotel will undergo a multi-phase, $26-million renovation to be completed in the summer of 2013. Loews Hotels & Resorts will oversee the renovation and operate the hotel.
