Earthquake Adds To Mexican Hotels' Woes

MEXICO CITY—This week's 7.4 magnitude earthquake affected Oaxaca and Mexico City, adding to the country's existing tourism troubles.

The earthquake doesn't seem to have caused major damage. No hotels were forced to close or to begin rescue operations. But it may be one more piece of bad news to a hotel industry already dealing with ongoing drug-related violence, U.S. State Department travel warnings and other issues.
