BOSTON, MA—Black Oak Realty Advisors, a subsidiary of Finard Properties, has acquired the Cape Inn in Provincetown, MA, as part of a joint venture with Turnstone Property.
Located on Cape Cod Bay, the hotel will be managed by Finard Coventry Hotel Management, LLC. A renovation is planned for the 139-room hotel, which includes an outdoor pool, banquet space, a lounge and bar. A full service destination restaurant is planned for the property as well.
