CHICAGO, IL–Host Hotels & Resorts has agreed to acquire the 424-room Westin Chicago River North for $165 million.
The hotel features 28,000-square feet of meeting and event space.
The name of the seller wasn't disclosed. Host expects the transaction to close next month.
