NEW YORK–Six hotels have been added to the New York City development pipeline in the database maintained by NYC & Co., the citys tourism marketing organization.

Three of the six are scheduled to open this summer: the 112-room Fairfield Inn Chelsea, the 91-room Four Points by Sheraton Long Island City, and the 95-room Holiday Inn Express Staten Island.

The 120-room Courtyard by Marriott SoHo is due to debut this fall, while the 195-room Holiday Inn JFK Airport is scheduled to open late this year. The 170-room Aloft Chelsea is due to come on line in 2013.

Since January, nine new hotels have opened across the city, adding 1,633 rooms.
