BAL HARBOUR, FL—Less than two years after the implosion of the Sheraton Bal Harbour here, the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort project has completed vertical construction for all three of the 27-story towers on the site.
Scheduled for a 2011 completion, the oceanfront resort will offer 270 private residences, 37 condominium suites, 205 guestrooms, a 12,000-square-foot Remede Spa, a signature oceanfront restaurant, the St. Regis wine bar, meeting space and secluded beachfront access for guests across nine acres of landscaping.
Residence prices begin at $1.9 million.
