ROCKPORT, MA—The Providence Group, LLC has been named manager of the 1850s-era Emerson Inn here.
The 36-room Inn was named for its most famous guest, Ralph Waldo Emerson, in the mid-1960s.
Duxbury, MA-based Providence already manages hotels in New Hampshire, Illinois, and Florida.
