MORGANTOWN, WV—Anami Hotels has purchased a Super 8 Motel here from Super 8 Motel Developers.
Anami Hotels obtained financing for the purchase through the newly expanded U.S. Department of Agriculture’s business and industry loan program. Anami Hotels now plans to renovate the property.
A primary demand generator for the property is West Virginia University.
Mumford Co. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.This is the 14th hotel Mumford has sold for the seller during the past decade.
