PARIS, FRANCE—InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has opened its second property here, the InterContinental Paris Avenue Marceau.
The property is owned by Groupe Cible Expansion and InterContinental Hotels Group has signed a ten-year contract to manage it. The new hotel is a conversion of a former Crowne Plaza and will complement the existing InterContinental Paris Le Grand. It offers 55 guestrooms located within three buildings and features a design that is a blend of French classical and urban contemporary.
