ORLANDO—The 1,450-acre Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort, as well as two other Club Vacations resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC, and Lake Geneva, WI, will undergo a $16.6 million refurbishment.
The year-long project will include the total interior renovation and upgrade of 224 two-bedroom golf villas and the soft-goods renovation of 408 one, two- and three-bedroom units at the vacation ownership properties.
The project will be directed by Florida-based Winter Park Construction.
