PALM SPRINGS, CA—Davidson Hotel Group is putting the finishing touches on a $14 million renovation project at the Hyatt Regency Suites Palm Springs here. The completion of the project is slated for next month.
Davidson Hotel Group and Rockbridge Capital are joint venture owners of the hotel and Davidson also manages. The 197-room, all suite hotel is located on the Palm Canyon Drive strip and now features rooms with private balconies, luxury marble bathrooms and custom-designed furnishings and art. The property also offers a wine lounge, bistro, a remodeled pool area with fire pits and cabanas, a new fitness center and more than 12,000 square feet of event space. Architectural firm Looney Ricks and Kiss handled the renovation project.
