WHITE PLAINS, NY—Two more Aloft hotels have opened their doors in Bolingbrook, IL, and Charlotte, NC.
LTD Management Co., LLC is the 155-room Aloft Bolingbrook’s owner and operator. The property is located in the Promenade Bolingbrook, a new lifestyle center that’s 30 minutes west of downtown Chicago. The center features 750,000 square feet of dining, shopping, entertainment and office space.
The Aloft Bolingbrook is the fourth Aloft LTD has opened in less than 12 months.
The Aloft Bolingbrook offers the Re:mix lounge, the W XYZ bar, the Re:charge fitness center, the 24-hour Re:fuel by Aloft one-stop food and beverage area and the Splash pool.
In Charlotte, Bissell Hotels opened the 136-room Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne within one of Charlotte’s lifestyle communities and corporate parks, the Ballantyne Corporate Park. The hotel is pursuing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification.
