MEXICO CITY, MEXICO— Strategic Hotels & Resorts has sold the 240-room Four Seasons Hotel here to Meridia Capital for $54 million.
Like its fellow REITS Host Hotels & Resorts and Sunstone Hotel Investors, Chicago-based Strategic has begun selling assets to generate revenue in the weak economy.
The all-cash deal is expected to close before the end of the year.
