BRETTON WOODS, NH—Omni Hotels has partnered with CNL Lifestyle Properties to manage the Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH.
Consisting of The Mount Washington Hotel, the Bretton Arms Inn and The Lodge, the resort will be reflagged the Omni Mount Washington Resort effective Sept. 1. Situated at the base of Mount Washington, the resort offers a total of 365 guestrooms and recently completed a multi-million restoration project that included a 25,000-square-foot spa, an outdoor pool complex, restoration of its golf course and a 20,000-square-foot conference center. CNL also plans to invest an additional $10 million for future upgrades to the resort's guestrooms, food and beverage offerings and public areas.
