Kimpton Achieves Top Guest Satisfaction Ranking For Upper Upscale

SAN FRANCISCO—The Market Metrix Hospitality Index has ranked Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as the top brand for customer satisfaction for the first quarter in the upper upscale segment. Kimpton garnered the top score of 94.7% in the segment.

Across several of the Market Metrix’ index segments, Kimpton came out a ahead of such other hotel brands as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and W Hotels.

Market Metrix complies the index through 35,000 in-depth consumer interviews each quarter.
