BALTIMORE, MD—Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants enters the Baltimore market this summer with the opening of a 202-room Hotel Monaco.
The hotel has been created out of the former 1906-era headquarters building of the B&O Railroad.
The adaptive reuse project is owned by Philadelphia-based ARC Wheeler and managed by San Francisco-based Kimpton. Cost estimates for the project werent disclosed.
Kimpton already operates Hotel Monacos in eight other U.S. cities, ranging from Alexandria, VA, to Seattle, WA.
