SEATTLE—Owner/operator The Dow Hotel Company has been recognized by Marriott International with its "Service Excellence Award" based on outstanding guest satisfaction scores between July 2007 and July 2008.
The awards were recently handed out at the Marriott International National Association Conference held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA. The Dow Hotel Company manages two Marriott-branded hotels, the 371-suite Anaheim Marriott Suites in California and the 248-suite Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield in Illinois.
