What are these?
ORLANDO, FL—Intelity, an interactive hospitality technologies company, has created the Interactive Customer Experience Solution (ICE), which is an in-room concierge and back-end monitoring system that is designed to organize, track and measure all hotel activity with the touch of a button.
ICE allows hotel guests to arrange all services through a touch screen or a personal laptop directly from the guestroom in real time. Service options include room service, check out and valet, among others.
ICE is also designed to enable hotels to modify prices instantly and send hotel-wide messages to guests and employees in real time.
The system is interfaced with a hotel’s point-of-sale system. Furthermore, 19- to 22-inch touch screens are installed in each guestroom for the system. Through these touch screens, guests can make restaurants at a spa or restaurant as well as arrange valet and room service. Non-invasive advertising can also be integrated into ICE.
All hotel activity can be tracked and measured by ICE and then presented in charts, graphs and spreadsheets.
ICE is currently in the beta-testing phase, according to Intelity, which is based in Orlando, FL.
