VIENNA, VA— A new Element Hotel will debut here in September 2010. The new-build, extended-stay hotel is owned by JBG Urban, LLC.

Inspired by Westin Hotels & Resorts, the new Element Hotel Tysons Corner will offer a modern style and eco-friendly design. Element and Westin are brands of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

The hotel will have 173 guestrooms, which guests will be able to customize with multi-purpose, modular furniture, swiveling flat-screen televisions, large desks with open shelving and custom-designed closets.

In addition, each room will offer a complete kitchen, Westin’s Heavenly Bed and a contemporary bathroom with an oversized spa shower.
