STATE COLLEGE, PA— Shaner Hotels has appointed new general managers at three of the State College properties in its portfolio.

Yaser Hasan has been named general manager of the 76-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Prior to his appointment, he was general manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites in State College.

Mimi Driscoll, former general manager of the SpringHill Suites, is now general manager of the new 83-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.

Christopher Szczesny has been appointed general manager of the 71-room Hampton Inn & Suites at Williamsburg Square. He was previously assistant general manager of the State College Holiday Inn Express at Williamsburg Square.

Shaner Hotels is an owner-operator of 23 properties in 15 states.
