Account Executive-NV
Responsibilities

This position will fulfill the role of ETL?s account executive in the Hospitality and Lodging industry. You will also be responsible for selling into the Wholesale Distribution division. Your immediate goal will be to continue to provide outstanding service to existing customers as well as locating and selling to new customers. The following responsibilities are in addition to normal sales responsibilities.

1. Develop new leads and additional sales through establishing new customers
a. Establish processes to create new sales
b. Meet or exceed minimum sales goals
2. Handle incoming sales leads for customers without established accounts
a. Take calls for all product inquiries within your division scope
b. Price accounts based upon quantities and customer type
3. Handle all services for initial sell to new customer
a. Place sales order and complete needed materials
b. Follow-up with customer on initial order to ensure receipt of goods and satisfaction with products
4. Successfully introduce new products into the various markets including hotel standards, wholesale distribution, etc
5. Market Research
a. When needed research prospective markets for entry of current or new products
b. Efforts will be combined with Creative Designer and EVP

Requirements

A professional self-starter with proven track record in sales is needed for our innovative company with distribution throughout the US. The position requires development of new business and follow up of warm leads. Previous sales experience is required. College degree or courses in sales and marketing is desired. Must be extremely motivated, highly organized, self-disciplined, and detail orientated.

Further, this position requires an individual that is able to speak effectively over the phone, translate ideas onto paper and think creatively to solve outstanding issues. If you require a daily task list and over-the-shoulder management, this position is not for you. A successful candidate should be enthusiastic and goal-orientated. Finally, the ideal applicant should relish hard work and the successes that come with it.


Wage Information

? 4.5% commission on individual sales paid monthly plus quarterly bonuses, if applicable
? Annual compensation varies from $40K - $120K
? Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits
