PHOENIX—Value Place has selected the MSI TruCloud cloud-based solutions suite to power their operating platform. Value Place will be subscribing to the services for property management, secure point-to-point encryption payment processing, central reservation services, website booking, guest loyalty and national sales.
“Using these services, we will be able to effectively solve most all our operating, revenue management, marketing and distribution needs under one umbrella," stated Tyler Brown, CIO of Value Place. "We are excited about how MSI will empower us to move forward with key business initiatives at a price that makes sense.”
Value Place is currently using an on-premise property management system, third-party CRS provider and other disparate systems which increases costs, vendor relationships and infrastructure investment. “It’s a necessary decision for us to move forward as a brand,” Brown continued. “MSI TruCloud immediately fixes most of our property infrastructure issues, brings the entire brand into PCI compliance, and provides straight forward, easy-to-use applications.”

The theme of this year’s ALIS conference was “Don’t Worry, Be Happy.” But, lets face it, there are always going to be some people who aren’t happy unless they are worried about something—whether it’s the Fed potentially raising interest rates or that the price of oil is now too low, threatening to cripple the economies of some foreign nations.
