PORTLAND—Sheraton Hotels and Resorts recently updated the brand standards of their signature lobby computers, Link@Sheraton, as the result of a partnership with Eleven.
With a strong focus on the guest experience, the upgrade included the migration to Windows 8, deployment of Lenovo touch-screen computers, customization with Sheraton-selected applications and a new desktop design.
Sheraton Hotels originally chose Eleven as a preferred provider in 2005 when Link@Sheraton was first implemented for each hotel lobby. ElevenGC has been widely deployed in Sheraton hotels throughout North America.
