ORLANDO—Safemark Systems and ScooterBug, Inc. have merged. Safemark is a provider of guestrooms safes to the global hospitality industry and ScooterBug provides guest mobility equipment to theme parks, amusement parks, water parks, zoos, hotels and resorts, convention centers and casinos globally.

In addition to the strategic benefits of our complementary organizations and products, both companies share similar core values and cultures that are supported by tenured teams. As we leverage the strengths of each division, we will continue to provide the same excellent service and focus on building long-term relationships that our customers have come to expect.”
“The merger and the resulting combination of ScooterBug and Best Lockers will offer many benefits to our customers,” said Chris Meehan, president and CEO of ScooterBug, Inc., “and we are excited to bring this to market. The history and experience each company brings to bear is unparalleled in the guest mobility and convenience market.”
