LAS VEGAS—Palms Casino Resort has launched a 24-hour checkout program.
“We are very proud to be the first major hotel in the U.S. to offer 24-hour checkout to our guests. It is a simple concept: For example, if a guest checks in at 8 p.m. on a Friday, they will be allowed to enjoy the room until 8 p.m. on their day of departure. We think this is a benefit many of our guests will appreciate and certainly enjoy,” said Daniel R. Lee, CEO of Palms Casino Resort.
Guests can choose this option at no extra cost for the Superior, Premier and Ivory Suites by booking at Palms.com. When doing so, guests will note their anticipated check-in time on the website. Upon arrival, the guest will provide the hotel with a mobile phone number to communicate via text message. On the day of departure, the guest will receive a reminder text about the scheduled departure time. (The guest can also check out via text.)
