MSI Platform Installed in Six New Victorian Inn & Suites

PHOENIX—Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI) has installed its sixth MSI CloudPM with MSI CloudSync technology in the New Victorian Inn & Suites properties owned and operated by The New Victorian Hotel Group.
“MSI exceeded expectations, and we had many,” stated Jason Hoehne, COO of the New Victorian Inn & Suites properties. “They were the first company who cared what we had to say.” He noted that MSI offered a 30-day assessment of MSI CloudPM with the initial property installation in Lincoln, NE, in April. “We were excited to witness a large improvement in our day-to-day operations in a short time. Half-way through the term we were readying our next property for the MSI CloudPM solution. We love it,” he stated.
Following the Lincoln installation, MSI installed the system in properties in Norfolk, York and Kearney, NE; and Sioux City, IA. The sixth property in Omaha is slated for October.
According to Hoehne, his team reviewed 14 different companies, looking for a web-based, remote-access SaaS hotel cloud technology, before choosing MSI.
