PORTLAND—Eleven has released the new ElevenGC family of software for the next generation of automated guest computers for hotels.
The ElevenGC family, renamed from ElevenBC, is suited for lobbies, lounges, suites and business centers.
The ElevenGC Premium offers a zero cost and zero risk solution that includes high quality iMacs, Lenovo and HP all-in-one computers, and professional onsite installation as well as ongoing toner management and technicaly support.
The ElevenGC Pro allows hoteliers to provide unlimited free access to everyone or carefully tailor the solution to provide unlimited complimentary access to guests while charging non-guests.
The ElevenGC Lite & Kiosk are fully remote-managed solutions without any onsite assistance. In the Lite mode, guests click-and-go to get the full desktop experience with various applications while the Kiosk mode offers a point solution such as a boarding pass or loyalty membership kiosk.
