PITTSBURGH, PA— Aptech Computer Systems, Inc. completed an interface between its Execuvue Business Intelligence system and the Multi-Systems, Inc. WinPM Property Management System (PMS).
According to the company, this interface allows properties to automatically transfer performance files to hotel ownership or management daily without rekeying. “This lets the management company and owners have accurate, current information for better business decisions and property evaluation,” Aptech VP Cam Troutman said in a statement.
Together, the companies developed a secure FTP data transfer interface for an Aptech ownership group client with multiple flags and property management platforms, including the WinPM system. Execuvue collects, consolidates and analyzes data from all major PMSes and many other property solutions including point of sale, time and attendance and Smith Travel Research comp-set data.
