BARCELONA, SPAIN--ReviewPro, an international provider of online reputation and social media analytics for the hotel industry, has just entered into a strategic partnership with Kempinski Hotels, which has a portfolio of 80 hotels in 30 European countries.
ReviewPro’s award-winning solution has been implemented to help improve Kempinski Hotels’ ability to listen and respond to guest feedback to enable the group to deliver even more extraordinary customer experiences.
