CLEVELAND—Following a $64-million renovation, the new, 484-room Westin Cleveland Downtown has opened in the downtown financial district here.
Henson Consulting has been appointed agency of record for the property.
The hotel’s lobby, public spaces and guestrooms showcase more than 1,500 pieces of art by emerging Cleveland artists, such as Liz Maugans, Michael Loderstedt, Dana Oldfather and Anne Kibbe.
Amenities include Westin’s signature Heavenly in-room amenities and bed, 3,000-sq.-ft. WESTINWorkout fitness center, a business center, complimentary WiFi, Urban Farmer restaurant and a Starbucks. Guestrooms feature a sectional sofa, ergonomic workspace and high-speed wireless Internet.
20 function rooms are located on the sixth and seventh floors of the property. The 20,000 sq. ft. of space includes 18 meeting rooms, a 9,000-sq.-ft. Grand Ballroom and an executive boardroom with a conference table and leather chairs.
