Vantage Agrees to Acquire America's Best Franchising's Hotel Brands

CORAL SPRINGS, FL—Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc., has entered into an agreement to acquire America's Best Franchising, (ABF) Inc.'s hotel brands.
The deal includes America's Best Inns & Suites, Country Hearth Inns & Suites, Jameson Inn, Jameson Suites, Signature Inn and 3 Palms Hotels & Resorts, as well as ABF's license for the Budgetel Inns & Suites brand.
Vantage Founder, President and CEO Roger Bloss noted the addition of ABF grows the Vantage Hospitality lineup, which which already includes more than 1,100 Americas Best Value Inn hotels, by some 20%.
Bloss further told Hotel Business that he likes the way ABF's brands align with Vantage and added "this had not been on the market, it's something I chose to pursue." He said he is putting together a segmentation plan for Vantage and the newly acquired brands, but that it won't roll out until after the busy summer season.
Bloss summed up the benefits of the deal. “It’s time for us, we’ve grown to the size where we can roll this into our infrastructure. For ABF [owners], they’re going to benefit immensely and we’re going to be able to have a stronger voice in the industry,” said Bloss.
