JACKSONVILLE, FL—Value Place has opened a newly constructed four-story, 124-room hotel here, which is one of three Value Place properties currently open in the Jacksonville area.
Value Place Jacksonville North was developed with design elements such as LED lighting, sound-dampening laminate wood flooring and energy-conscious appliances. The hotel design lowers operating costs while providing guests an affordable, clean and safe experience. Amenities available in each room include a large flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless Internet and a full kitchen.
Value Place also plans to expand in additional metropolitan markets over the next three years, including Miami, Cleveland, Atlanta, Denver and other areas.
