Value Hotel Worldwide to Build Second Hotel in South Korea

CLEVELAND—Value Hotel Worldwide is set to construct its second new-build in South Korea, in the city of Suwon.
The 20-floor, 300-room property features five floors of underground parking, shops, office, restaurants, and lounges. Amenities include an exercise room and spa, meeting space, banquet facilities, and WiFi throughout the guestrooms and public areas.
The new-construction hotel is projected to open December 2013.
Value Hotel Worldwide announced two months ago that it was developing the first upscale hotel, the largest of any kind, in the new city of Sejong, South Korea.
In December 2012, Vantage Hospitality Group entered into a master license agreement with Service Legend, Inc., to bring the Value Inn Worldwide and Value Hotel Worldwide brands to South Korea.
