Residence Inn Set to Open in Omaha

OMAHA, NE—The 118-suite Residence Inn Omaha Aksarben Village is slated to open here later this month. The all-suite hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by RHW Hotels of Overland Park, KS.
The hotel is located in Aksarben Village and is situated 10 minutes from downtown, as well as15 minutes from Eppley Airport. It provides access to the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Stinson Park and the Henry Doorly Zoo.
The hotel offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. The suites offer a workspace, complimentary high-speed Internet access, accessible outlets and sofas. The suites are designed for stays of five nights or more, featuring a fully equipped kitchen including a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
The hotel features complimentary breakfast, grocery delivery service, complimentary WiFi, 24-hr. onsite F&B market, dry cleaning services and an onsite guest laundry room. Additionally, the hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, exercise room, meeting room and business library for faxing, copying and printing materials.
