WILTON, NH—ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, recently completed renovation projects at the Marriott Courtyard in Lebanon and the Harborside Hotel in Portsmouth.
The company managed a completed makeover of the Marriott Courtyard’s lobby, guestrooms, corridors and public spaces. At the Harborside Hotel, ROK Builders installed a new front desk, remodeled the entire second floor and also remodeled the Prescott meeting room and lower corridor.
Owned by Norwich Partners, the Marriott Courtyard was updated to meet new corporate design standards. ROK Builders created an open-concept, multipurpose lobby area called the Bistro. Marriott’s signature S-bar provides guests with fresh coffee, espresso drinks, grab ‘n’ go items and made-to-order dishes. A communal dining table, home theater-like entertainment area, media pods, business library and fireplace were also added.
In addition, ROK Builders modernized 122 guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas throughout the property. During the six-month project, ROK Builders worked closely with Group One Partners, Inc., who provided architectural, interior design and procurement services.
