PRINCETON, NJ—The Princeton Marriott at Forrestal has completed a three-month, multi-million dollar renovation project.
The renovation encompassed all guestrooms, junior suites and guestroom corridors. It included room decor where the outside is brought in through the use of natural tones and organic textures, modern bathrooms with granite counters and Marriott's new Thann amenities and 32-in. flat screen TVs. Eight new Junior Suites have a wet bar, living area, work area, king bed, and large bathroom with two sink areas.
David Sharkey, General Manager, stated, “With Marriott's goal to create brilliant spaces for the Millennial traveler, the new guest room design includes a variety of amenities to help Millennials seamlessly blend work and play. Examples include LED reading lights on the headboards, furniture equipped with plenty of outlets for plug-in devices, and mini-refrigerators and coffee makers in every room."
The Princeton Marriott at Forrestal is situated just minutes from Princeton University on 25 scenic, wooded acres near Plainsboro, NJ. The hotel offers amenities such as a health club, swimming pool, jogging trails, bicycle trails with complimentary bikes available for use, indoor tennis and recreational facilities, and 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
