PLA Completes Sale of Two Hotels

CHICAGO—Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) has completed the sale of the 41-room Baymont Inn in Kingsland, GA, and the 60-room Howard Johnson in Dalton, GA, for which it exclusively represented the seller in both transactions.
PLA’s Charleston and Chicago offices facilitated the transactions in association with Auction.com. “The sellers did a tremendous job of repositioning both properties and completing the necessary improvements prior to disposition, allowing us to attract a large number of interested parties and utilize the Auction platform,” stated Paramount's Associate Joce Messinger.
